You will receive a comprehensive performance report from our office every quarter either in paper form or electronically, whichever you prefer. In addition, you will receive brokerage statements and confirms directly from Pershing LLC, the custodian either electronically or in paper form, your choice. You may also access your private account(s) on line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Pershing's secure investment tracking partner - NetExchange Investor™ which provides up-to-date information about your portfolio, free stock quotes and headline news.
What type of attention will my investments and I receive from your firm?
We monitor your accounts daily through data downloads, review of your asset allocation and account activity. We perform research and we correspond with you regularly via email, phone calls and letters. We, as advisors, cannot perform our job without your ongoing cooperation and it is important that we be kept abreast of changes affecting your financial life. We therefore recommend reviews of your overall financial situation at least once a year.
